This initial phase of Mall Revitalization involves the expansion of Goodwill industries into a disused CRU. With extensive renovations required plus a complete re-roof, a front of house and a back of house addition plus new entrance canopies and tenant branding, this project creates its own challenges in keeping the retail store and donation centre fully operational at all ties requiring a phased approach utilizing covered temporary store entrances and modifiable temporary partitions.
